Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LUMORA is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
While we will do our best to assist, LUMORA cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and item(s)
We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
