At LUMORA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used books
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Digital products, downloadable content, or e-books (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged;
- The wrong item was sent; or
- The item is defective upon arrival.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
